Disney’s Marvel is suing to hold on to full control of Avengers characters such as Iron Man, Spider-Man, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Falcon, Thor, Shang-Chi and alot others.The law suits seek declaratory relief that these big on screen characters are ineligible for copyright termination as works made for hire. If Marvel loses this law suit, Disney would have to split ownership of characters and they are all worth billions of dollars!!
Lets hope Kevin Fiege and Marvel win and WIN BIG !!!!
