EVELYN LOZADA-JOHNSON ...(soon to be EVELYN LOZADA again) RELEASED A STATEMENT TODAY

"It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday," the reality TV star said.

"I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I'm grateful to my family, friends and fans for the outpouring of support during this difficult time."

CHAD JOHNSON ALSO RELEASED A STATEMENT

"I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death," he said.

"To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life."

NEWS REPORT: VH1 AXING THE "EV & OCHO" REALITY SHOW...

AS IF GETTING CUT FROM THE MIAMI DOLPHINS WASN'T ENOUGH, CHAD "OCHOCINCO" JOHNSON LOSES NEW FALL TV SHOW "EVE & OCHO" VH1 IS PULLING THE SHOW.

VH1 scrapped plans to produce a reality show series based on Chad Johnson's marriage to reality star Evelyn Lozada, who appeared on the network's "Basketball Wives" series. "Due to the unfortunate events over the weekend and the seriousness of the allegations, VH1 is pulling the series Ev and Ocho from its schedule and has no current plans of airing it," the network said in a statement. (Chicago Tribune)

VH1 on Monday yanked its new reality docu-soap "Ev and Ocho" starring two of its better-known reality stars, after one was arrested on a domestic violence charge. Longtime NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson, aka The Former Chad Ochocinco, was picked up Saturday evening after allegedly head-butting his new wife (and star of "Basketball Wives") Evelyn Lozada, which resulted in a three-inch gash to her head, according to press accounts that cited the arrest report. Ochocinco is also a VH1 veteran, having starred in VH1's dating competition series, "The Ultimate Catch"; he played the "ultimate catch." Ironic, huh? (Washington Post)

This hip hop artist who is a Detroit MC caught my attention by first viewing his music video which is below.Something about his style and delivery was different but >> ON POINT!He has a flow to listen to but to also take serious.After doing some reserach on this guy and his music I discovered that he first came about the mid-2000s as a member of Reser’vor Dogs.

The group advanced far enough to get the attention of the Roc-A-Fella label and for some reason a deal wasnt in the plan, but an A&R rep assisted Brown with the recording and release of a mixtape, Detroit State of Mind.

New York recording sessions placed him in the company of several contemporaries, including G-Unit's Tony Yayo.

In 2010, Yayo and Brown released Hawaiian Snow, while Brown also released The Hybrid, among other mixtapes, such as additional volumes of the Detroit State of Mind series.

While it was rumored that Brown would be signing to G-Unit, label head 50 Cent allegedly balked due to the rapper’s fashion sense (including a preference for skinny jeans).

Brown eventually linked with the Fool’s Gold label, where he issued XXX, his highest-profile mixtape to that point.

MIGUEL was born in San Pedro, Los Angeles native born to a Mexican father and an African American mother.Miguel submerged himself into music when his parents divorced. "I remember [my father] sitting me down and telling me I had to be the man of the house.

And at that point I kind of shut down," MIGUEL said. "We had just started doing poetry in school and I started writing poetry and the poetry became song."s

Miguel was briefly signed to an indie label but soon after felt like he wanted more and one of the songs that caught the attention of the world was the one he wrote entitled "Sure Thing" when he was at the lowest point of his life. He was at the time without a recording contract, no girlfriend and had to make a living selling extended car warranty's.

His manager at that time submitted "Sure Thing" and some other songs to music producer Mark Pitts. After a meeting, Miguel got his big break by being signed to Jive Records in 2007.

Well thank god that he never gave up cuz now we have more NEW music from this creative but great talent via his new single.

When my brother and I first discovered this song we were hooked !
